Mumbai, Oct 25 (UNI) Budget carrier Deccan will resume services between New Delhi and Dehradun from November 10.

''Dehradun is attracting investments in various sectors and the Government is taking positive measures to augment city's infrastructure which includes the upgradation and development of the airport runway,'' Deccan Officiating CEO Ramakrishnan Sundaram said in a statement.

The flight DN 509 will depart from Delhi at 1100 hrs and arrive in Dehradun at 1205 hrs. The return flight DN-588 will depart from Dehradun at 1235 hrs and arrive in Delhi at 1345 hrs.

Air connectivity between Delhi and Dehradun was introduced by Deccan in December 2004 with the launch of a daily flight.

Encouraged by good response, the Airline introduced a second daily flight for the two destinations in August 2006.

However, due to the upgradation and development work being carried out at the Jolly Grant Airport runway, both the services were suspended in March this year.
