CPI(Maoist) training camp busted, arms recovered

Latehar, Oct 25 (UNI) Police busted a training camp and recovered arms and ammunition from Kumari forest area of Gotank in the district of Jharkhand.

Superintendent of Police Ravikant Dhan said these recoveries were made under "Operation Vikram", being conducted against the ultras.

Mr Dhan said none was arrested in the operation, but several arms and ammunition, including three double barrel guns, mine building explosives, gas cylinder, few glass bombs and two motorbikes from the spot.

The materials indicated that the area was being used as training camp by the ultras, he added.
