Women government employees to get holiday on Karva Chauth

Shimla, Oct 24 (UNI) The Election Commission today approved the state government's proposal to grant a holiday to the women government employees on October 29 on the occasion of Karva Chauth, a spokesperson of the state election departemnt said.

A decision in this regard has been conveyed to state government, he added.
