Prof Eswar Bhat is acting Vice-Chancellor of University of Mysore

Mysore, Oct 22 (UNI) University of Mysore Law Department Dean Prof Eswar Bhat has been appointed as the acting Vice Chancellor of the University.

Prof Bhat took charge from Prof J Shashidhara Prasad whose term as Vice Chancellor ended today.

Prof Bhat may continue in the post for sometime since Karnataka Governor Rameshwar Thakur is yet to form a four members committee to search panel to recommend the name of the new Vice-Chancellor.
