GRP helds smuggler near Etawah station

Etawah, Oct 20 (UNI) Government Railway Police (GRP) today arrested a smuggler and seized three bags full of tortoise, near Etawah railway station.

Police said Sukhontu Prasad, native of West Bengal, was held possessing bags full of tortoise.

On interrogation, the accused confessed, the animal was being smuggled to his state.

Investigations were on.
