Adulterated oil unit busted, owner arrested

Lucknow, Oct 20 (UNI) Police busted an adulterated oil unit and arrested its owner in Kotwali area of Badaun district last evening, reports today said.

In the raid, 23 barrels of adulterated oil estimated at Rs 3 lakh were seized and the factory owner Umesh was arrested.

The unit had been sealed and the sample was sent for tests, police said.

Umesh had been sent to jail.
