3 MP players in hockey team probables

Bhopal, Oct 20 (UNI) Three students of the Madhya Pradesh Men's Hockey Academy, which started functioning here three months ago, have been shortlisted among the probables for the Indian hockey team.

The probables are goalkeeper Arpit Choudhary, deep defender Ramashankar and forward Asif.

The Indian team will take part in the second Asia cup championship (under-16 boys) scheduled at Dhaka from November 17 to 25, official sources said. The team's training camp is slated at Sports Authority of India campus here from October 23 to November 15. Indian Hockey Federation has selected 44 probables and 6 officials.
