Vice-President greets people on occasion of Dussehra

New Delhi, Oct 19 (UNI) Vice-President Hamid Ansari has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, saying it celebrates the epic victory of the forces of good over evil.

''This festival reaffirms our faith in all that is good, noble and virtuous in life and promotes the feelings of harmony in the society,'' Mr Ansari said in his message.

He said the mood of jubilation is reflected in the festivities.

''May this festival bring peace, prosperity and happiness in our lives,'' the Vice-President said.
