National Minorities Commission's Lucknow visit from Oct 30

Lucknow, Oct 18 (UNI) National Minorities Commission, led by its Chairperson Mohd Shafi Qureshi, will arrive in the Uttar Pradesh capital on October 30, State Minorities Welfare Secretary M A A Khan said here today.

During the four-day visit, the Commission will hold meetings with senior state administrative and police officials.

It would also hold a public hearing, in which members and organisations of the minority communities such as Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and Parsis would participate.
