AP Panels for Rajiv Vidya Mission

Hyderabad, Oct 18 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Government today constituted district level committees for 'Rajiv Vidya Mission.' According to an official release here, the Minister In-charge of the district would be the Chairperson of the committee while the Collector will be the Vice Chairperson.

All members of Parliament elected from the district would be the members.

The committees would be apprised of the progress of the mission implementation both in terms of key targets and achievements thereof.

It would also examine the synergy and convergence of other related government departments in improving school infrastructure and support services for the benefit of children.

Suggestions of the members may also be taken into consideration within the parameters of Rajiv Vidya Mission guidelines and framework of implementaiton.
