Tata Motors launches Indica V2 Turbo

Mumbai, Oct 17: Automobile major, Tata motors has enhanced the turbo range of its diesel car Indica V2 with turbo-charged inter-cooled engine, superior safety features - dual front airbags and anti-lock braking system (ABS).

The variant comes with the powerful 1405 cc turbo-charged inter-cooled diesel engine that delivers a power of 68 PS at 4,500 rpm and a high torque of 130 nm at 2,500 rpm.

The new Indica V2 Turbo variant will be available in three colours. The Salsa Red, Arctic Silver and Carbon Black and is priced at Rs 4.76 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). These safety features will be available on the top-end Indica V2 Turbo DLX.

The Indica V2 has been amongst the top three selling cars in the industry and its segment for the last several years, with production of over eight lakh units since its launch, said a release issued here today.
