SSCP committee to hear representations from Oct 28

Chennai, Oct 17 (UNI) The Committee of eminent persons, constituted by the Centre on Sethusamudram Shipping Channel Project (SSCP), will hear representations from October 28 to November 6.

An official release here said the committee had invited objections and suggestions from all concerned, including the petitioners before the Supreme Court.

The Committee, which had already started functioning at ''Malligai'' on Greenways road, would consider all suggestions, proposals and documents, after giving them a personal hearing, the release added.
