Car catches fire in Central Delhi, no casualties

New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) A four wheeler caught fire in Central Delhi tonight but there were no casualties, fire brigade officials said.

At about 2030 hrs, a car caught fire near the Purana Qila at Pragati Maidan in Central Delhi, the officials added.

A fire tender was rushed to the site and the blaze extinguished by 2100 hrs, they said.

No one was, however, injured in the incident, they added.

The cause of the fire was not known.
