Now it's 'Yathras' to woo people in Karnataka

Bangalore, Oct 16 (UNI) With BJP launching 'Janagagrithi Yathra' to explain to the people the 'betrayal' of JD(S), the Congress and JD(S) have also joined the league by announcing the launch of 'Yathras' in Karnataka.

Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President Mallikarjuna Kharge had announced that his party would embark on a state-wide 'Bus Yathra' to explain to the people the 'failure' of the JD(S)-BJP coalition government.

He said the yathra would also highlight the 'unholy alliance between the BJP and JD(S).

Meanwhile, JD(S) leader and former Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy had also announced his intention to launch a 'Paada Yathra', intended to counter BJP's 'Janajagrithi Yathra'.

He said ''the 'Paada Yathra' would highlight the conspiracy hatched by BJP men to prevent Mr Yediyurappa from becoming Chief Minister of the state.'' UNI MV SR AJ RL RN1957
