Meghalaya speaker adjourns Assembly sine dine

Shillong, Oct 16 (UNI) The last sitting of the seventh Meghalaya Legislative Assembly was adjourned sine dine today with Speaker Martin M Danggo recalling the decorum of the House over the past few years.

''We shared our varied views, sat together and discussed the programmes and policies of the state government. We did not have any personal vendetta against any one,'' Mr Danggo said.

Pynshai Manik Syiem (IND) also thanked Mr Danggo for helping maintain the decorum of the House.
