ECI appoints general expenditure observers for Oct 31 bypoll

Panaji, Oct 16 (UNI) The Election Commission of India has today appointed two general observers and one expenditure observer for the Oct 31 by-election to Mormugao Parliamentary Constituency in South Goa.

The General Observers and their contact numbers are: Mr.S.

Suresh Kumar (Mobile: 9850065288/Tel:2520566/Fax:2520566) and Mr.

P.L. Darbar (Mobile: 9881069850/Tel: 2520568/Fax: 2520558).

The expenditure observer is Mr M L Karmakar( Mobile:9881071082/ Tel: 2520556/Fax: 2520556).

Political parties, electors and all concerned were requested to contact the concerned observers regarding any violation of model code of conduct and related issues,according to an official communique.
