5 feared dead in boat tragedy

Barabanki, Oct 16 (UNI) At least five people were feared dead in a boat tragedy in Ghagra river here today.

Official sources said a boat, carrying eight passengers, capsized in Alinagar locality under Badosarai area of the district.

While three people were rescued, others reportedly drowned.

Later, two bodies identified as that of Sheela (30) and Saidulnisa (14) were fished out.

Rescue operations are still on.
