1 elephant crushed under goods train

Purulia, Oct 16 (UNI) An elephant was crsuhed to death under a goods train last night, when a herd of 14 tuskers were crossing the railway tracks here in this district under south eastern raiway division, district S P Ashok Kumar Prasad said today.

Train services were disrupted for about five hours before they resumed this morning, he added.
