Swaroop new Chief GM of SBI Chandigarh Circle

Chandigarh, Oct 15 (UNI) Mr Ajay Swaroop has taken over as Chief General Manager of State Bank of India Chandigarh Circle, which comprises 696 branches in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Union territory of Chandigarh.

Mr Swaroop had joined SBI as Probationary Officer in July 1972.

He has held many challenging assignments in Corporate Centre, Mumbai, which include, Chief General Manager (Stressed Assets Management Group), General Manager (IT-ATM Project), Deputy General Manager (Securitisation and Reconstruction). He was also Deputy General Manager, Zonal Office Nagpur, Mumbai Circle.
