CPI(M) calls partymen to gear up for Tripura polls

Agartala, Oct 15 (UNI) The ruling CPI (M) in Tripura today called its frontal organisations to gear up its machineries to ensure victory of the party in the coming assembly elections slated for early next year.

The CPI(M) in a statement after completion of its two-day state committee meeting claimed that its organisational strength had increased substantially due to pro-people activities of the Left Front government in the state.

"The people also vehemently protested the anti-Left propaganda spearheaded by the Opposition and it urged the partymen to interact with the people frequently to secure their faith", the statement added.
