Three teenagers drown in tank in Karnataka

Haveri, Karnataka, Oct 14 (UNI) Three teenagers were killed and another escaped the death when they went to take a bath in a tank in Bada village in Shigaon taluk in this district today.

Police said four friends went to have a swim in the tank but drowned one after the other. However the fourth, who was saved by the passers by and admitted to a hospital, was now recovering.

The dead were identified as Chandrakanth (15) Pravin (14) and Somashekar (14).
