Shreyas Shipping to purchase ship at Rs 50 cr

New Delhi, Oct 14: In an effort to augment its fleet strength, Shreyas Shipping&Logistics Ltd has said it will purchase fully cellular ship of 1021 twenty-foot equivalent unit capacity built in 1990 at a cost of about Rs 50 crore.

In this direction, the coastal container shipping firm has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), a statement said.

With the purchase of this vessel, the fleet strength increases to eight. The company has added 17 per cent tonnage with this purchase.
