CM condoles death in road mishap, orders compensation

Patna, Oct 14 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today expressed grief over the deaths of eight people in a road accident at Aurangabad this morning and announced compensation to the next of kin of the victims.

Mr Kumar also instructed the authorities to make arrangements for proper treatment of those injured in the road accident.

''Thorough inquiry would be conducted to ascertain the reason for the accident,'' he added.

Earlier, eight people were killed and more than 12 injured when a loaded truck rammed into a roadside passenger shed at Deo crossing on NH two in Aurangabad district.
