Suspected killer of woman in South Delhi arrested
New Delhi, Oct 13 (UNI) The Delhi police today arrested Kanhaiyya, suspected of murder a woman in South Delhi recently.
Kanhaiyya is suspected to have carried out the murder of Sangeeta, a resident of Baljit Nagar in South Delhi who was found dead at her residence with head injuries on September 28. The accused was arrested from the Baljit Nagar area this morning, police said.
Baljit has been send to Judicial custody, police said, adding that he will be subjected to an identification parade later this week to ascertain his involvement in the crime.
Sources said Kanhaiyya could be involved in the killing of many women in Baljit Nagar and Prem Nagar areas of the national capital for the past two years.
