One person held, six ganja packets seized

Tirumala, Oct 13 (UNI) The Tirumala Vigilance Officials arrested one person and recovered six ganja packets from him early today.

According to the Vigilance Officials, the 50-year-old man from Dharmavaram in Anantapur district was caught by a mobile party of vigilance officials, when he was moving in a suspicious manner near a cottage complex. Cash amounting to Rs 2025 was also recovered from him.

He was handed over to the Excise Police Officials for further interrogation, the officials added.
