Nagaland Gov to inaugurate Varghese memorial cancer floor

Kottayam, Oct 13 (UNI) Nagaland Governor K Sankaranarayanan will inaugurate the K C Varghese Memorial cancer floor in the Cancer Institute of Caritas Hospital here on October 15.

Informing this at a press conference here today, K C Joseph, MLA, and Hospital Director Fr Jose Tharakkal, said the Rs 40-lakh new floor was constructed in memory of social activist, philanthropist and journalist K C Varghese.

They said Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee President Ramesh Chennithala would launch the cancer care scheme for poor.
