Exhibition at Mysore

Mysore, Oct 13 (UNI) A 60-day exhibition began here today as part of Dasara festivities.

Development Commissioner Sudhakar Rao inaugurated the exhibition organised by the Bangalore-based Fundworld and Resorts India Pvt Ltd which bid Rs 1.5 crore for the event.

In all there would be 100 stalls one of which showcased Mysore Geographical Indicator (GI) products like Mysore Silk.

There are as many as 36 different types of entertainment choices like giant wheel, tora tora and Colombus.

A cartoon show by Karnataka Cartoon Artists Association had also been arranged.

Visitors can also enjoy delicacies at 'Ahara' (food festival) opened by Food and Civil supplies Commissioner P N Srinivasachari.
