Abudcted Nagpur boy rescued in UP town
Mainpuri, Oct 13 (UNI) Police here today resuced a five-year-old boy, who was abducted from Nagpur city in Maharashtra on September 27.
According to police, Ashu, son of Pushpendra Shah, was abducted by his domestic help Kaushal Rajput.
Rajput had brought Ashu to his relative Ramswaroop's place in Rajiv Gandhinagar locality here and was planning to ask for a ransom.
Ashu's father is the proprietor of Shah jewellers in Nagpur.
Police said Rajput is a native of Ferozabad district in Uttar Pradesh and was working with Shah for the last one-and-a-half-years.
Meanwhile, Nagpur police have returned with Ashu after taking Rajput in custody.
