One killed, 2 injured in accident in HP

Mandi, Oct 12 (UNI) At least one person was killed and two were injured after a speeding car crashed into a tractor at Naresh Chowk in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh today, police sources said.

The speeding car crashed into the incoming tractor at Naresh Chowk of BBMB Colony of Sundernagar this afternoon, killing an occupant of the tractor.

The sources said the dead was identified as Sohan Lal who was a resident of Lonna Pani village in the district.

His body was handed over to his relatives after post mortem examination, the sources said, adding that a case had been registered and investigations were on.
