New range of Q&Q brand watches launched

Kolkata, Oct 12 (UNI) With the festive season coming up, a new range of Q&Q brand of watches, especially for women, was launched here today by Japan CBM Corporation (I) Private Limited (JCCPL).

Speaking on the occasion, JCCPL Director Hiroshi Nawata said the sales of Q&Q brand of watches, introduced to the world market in 1976, reached 20 million by 1999 making it the world's leading brand of 'affordably priced watches.' '' This new 'cute' range features stainless steel watches embellished with coloured stones and provides a chic, new age of finish, '' he said.

Mr Nawata said with a boom in the watch market, Q&Q was gearing up for 'success' with aggressive and focused marketing plans for the Indian market.

'' Its highly diversified product portfolio has been selected based on global trends covering the entire gamut of the customer needs, '' he observed.

Mr Nawata informed that the first showroom of JCCPL would be opened in the city on October 17.

JCCPL had already opened showrooms in Bangalore, Hubli, Secunderabad, Vishakapatnam and Jaipur.
