Cookson Plc eyes 20% acquisition in Foseco

New Delhi, Oct 12 (UNI) Foseco India Ltd today said Cookson Group Plc has made a offer to its shareholders to acquire up to 1,277,292 equity shares of Rs 10 each, representing 20 per cent of its share captial at a price of Rs 420 per share.

The offer will open on December 5, 2007 and close on December 24, 2007, said a statement.
