Notice to D P Yadav in Nitish Katara murder case

New Delhi, Oct 11 (UNI) A city court today issued a notice to former Rajya Sabha member D P Yadav for filing a reply on October 16 in the Nitish Katara murder case.

Neelam Katara, mother of deceased Nitish Katara, filed an application before the court that on December 1 last, the court had passed an order that no one will arrange a media conference relating to the matter except public prosecutor B S Joon. Despite the order, D P Yadav held a press conference at York Hotel in New Delhi on October 9.

Additional Session Judge Ravinder Kaur ordered to supply a copy of the notice to Yadav in open court. The judge ordered that a reply to the notice be filed by October 16.
