DLF to raise $ 1.5 bln loan overseas

New Delhi, Oct 11 (UNI) Realty major DLF Ltd today said its board has approved raising an overseas loan of up to 1.5 billion dollars and investing up to 750 million dollars in its local and overseas business.

''The company will spend up to 750 million dollars in participating in the proposed initial public offer of DLF Offices Trust, Singapore,'' it said in a statement.
