Whirlpool India to reach breakeven by March '08
New Delhi, Oct 10 (UNI) Whirlpool India Ltd, an arm of one of the world's largest manufacturers of consumer durables, today said it will reach breakeven by this fiscal-end while targeting a 20-25 per cent jump in its topline products during the second quarter.
'Our operating profits are better in comparision to last year and will breakeven by March 2008,'' company's Vice President (Marketing) Shantanu Das Gupta told reporters here.
Expansion in the airconditioners segment has worked in company's overall performance, he added.
