Swaminarayan temple builds crematorium at Junagadh
Junagadh, Oct 10 (UNI) A new gas and electric-based crematorium has been built by the Swaminarayan temple here.
The electric crematorium, managed by the municipal corporation, has remained closed for the past one year.
The Swaminarayan temple has built the new crematorium at a cost of Rs 40 lakh. The crematorium has a huge hall where 2000 people can be accommodated to perform the last rites. The crematorium is spread over 10,000 sq feet and is situated near the Girnar foothills.
