No registration fee for land gifted to Lord Venkateswara

Tirupati, Oct 10 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh Government has issued an order that no registration fee should be levied for the land deed executed in favour of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).

TTD Executive Officer K V Ramanachary, informed this to newspersons here today after receiving Rs 72.6 lakh worth of land at Nagari in Chittoor district, in favour of TTD, from M Venkataramana MLA.

The TTD would press Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra governments to give similar exemption for registration fee, he added.
