HC seeks UP govt's reply in deputy jailor murder case

Allahabad, Oct 10 (UNI) Allahabad High Court today directed the Uttar Pradesh government to reply in the Deputy Jailor Narendra Dwivedi murder case.

The order was passed by Justice S S Kulshreshtha on a bail application filed by an accused Avinash Chandra, who is also a deputy jailor.

The HC fixed the next hearing to November 12.

Deputy jailor was killed in Meerut on August 7.
