2 Beacon labourers die in Kargil accident

Kargil, Oct 10: Two labourers working with Beacon were killed and 20 others injred when a vehicle in which they were travelling met with an accident today.

Official sources said a vehicle carrying the labourers to snakhoo turned turtle at Umbala resulting in on the spot death of two persons and injuring 20 others.

The injured were admitted to the district hospital. However, one critically wounded person was later shifted to Srinagar, the sources added.
