L&T bags 693 crore IOC deal for Koyali plant
Mumbai, Oct 9 (UNI) Engineering and construction giant Larsen&Toubro has bagged Rs 693 crore Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) project order on Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) basis.
The project will enable IOC to set up Sulphur Recovery Plants as part of their Fuels Upgradation project at Koyali, Gujarat.
The deal includes sulphur recovery units along with associated facilities such as Amine Regeneration Unit, Sour Water Stripper&Tail Gas Treatment Unit for enhanced Sulfur recovery up to 99.9 per cent which would enable IOCL in the production of low sulphur clean fuels to meet regulatory requirements, a release said.
