Robbers snatch money bag from nationalised bank

Hubli, Oct 8 (UNI) In a daylight daring act, thieves snatched a bag containing Rs 11 lakh at the counter of a nationalized bank here today.

According to police, a personnel of North-West Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC) had come to bank to deposit the money to the bank. But some thieves, who diverted the attention of the personnel and snatched the bag containing money, fled the scene immediately.

Suburban police of the twin city were on the look out of the culprits.
