Radico Khaitan sets up Rs 160 cr distillery in Aurangabad

New Delhi, Oct 8 (UNI) Radico Khaitan Ltd today said it has formed of a tri-party joint venture with NV Distillers and Riddhi Siddhi Pvt Ltd to set up a Distillery in Aurangabad named Radico NV Distilleries Maharashtrs Ltd with an investment of about Rs 160 crore.

Radico will hold 36 per cent of the stake in the new company which will have a capacity of 36 million litre per annum and will also have a bottling facility, said a statement.

It will be the largest distillery in Maharashtra with operations starting in the next 12 months.
