Pramod Mahajan murder case adjourned till October 10

Mumbai, Oct 8 (UNI) A local court, conducting the Pramod Mahajan murder case, today adjourned the examination of witnesses till Wednesday after defence advocate Harshad Ponda sought the same as he was busy in an urgent matter at the Bombay High Court.

Additional sessions judge S P Davare granted the defence counsel's request and adjourned the matter till October 10.

The prosecution has about five more witnesses to examine following which the defence will produce their witnesses.

On April 22 last year, BJP leader Pramod Mahajan was shot at allegedly by his younger brother Praveen Mahajan. He succumbed to his injuries on May 3 last year.
