6 year old girl killed, another injured by gunmen in north Kashmir

Baramulla, Oct 8 (UNI) A six-year-old girl, Mehwish was killed and her sister injured when some unidentified gunmen resorted to indiscriminate firing in their house in north Kashmir tonight.

Official sources said a group of gunmen entered the house of one Mohammd Maqbool Malik at Warpora-sopore and resorted to indiscriminate firing.

They said Mehwish died on the spot while her 26-year-old sister Nighat was injured.

The gunmen later managed to escape before the arrival of police.
