Nitish govt to send team to investigate Panipat mill fire

New Delhi, Oct 7 (UNI) The Bihar government has decided to send a team to Panipat, Haryana, to investigate today's incident of a fire in a textile mill in which 10 workers, including eight Bihari migrants, were killed.

Expressing grief over the incident, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said a team will be dispatched to investigate the matter and to try and persuade the district administration and the factory owner to pay an adequate compensation to the families of the deceased.

The team will submit its report to the Bihar government, which will take necessary measures to provide relief to the bereaved families.
