MP: GGP candidate files nomination papers

Bhopal, Oct 7: Gondwana Ganatantra Party (GGP) candidate Rajeshwar yesterday filed his nomination papers for assembly by-election in Lanji constituency in Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh, official sources said.

The notification for the by-election was issued yesterday. The last date for filing of papers is October 12. Scrutiny would take place on October 13, while names could be withdrawn by October 15.

Polling would be held on October 30. Counting would take place on November 3.

Lanji seat was vacated following the demise of party legislator Dilip Bhatere.
