Confusion continues over Uma's candidature

Bhopal, Oct 7 (UNI) Confusion continued to reign over Bharatiya Janshakti (BJ) Founder-President Uma Bharti's candidacy for Lok Sabha by-election in Khargone constituency in Madhya Pradesh.

State BJ convenor Ashok Tripathi told mediapersons here today that Ms Bharti faced no legal hurdles in contesting the by-election.

However, the organisation would take a decision in this regard.

He said a decision regarding Assembly by-election in Lanji would be taken after BJ general secretary Prahlad Patel's report in this regard came.
