Combine harvester driver, helper crushed to death in Punjab

Moga, Oct 7 (UNI) A combine harvester driver and his helper were crushed to death by a speeding canter near Buttar Kalan village on Moga-Barnala road last night, police today said.

According to the police, driver Sahib Singh and assistant Surjit Ram were reparing the harvester when they were hit by the canter.

Both died on the spot.

The police has registered a case against the canter driver, who is absconding.
