Ahmedabad city Congress to stage dharna tomorrow

Ahmedabad, Oct 7 (UNI) Ahmedabad City Congress Samiti will stage a 'dharna' near the residence of Gujarat Home Minister Amit Shah here tomorrow.

ACCS chief Pankaj Shah and city Mahila Congress chief Krishna Thakre, in a release here today, said the dharna will be held to protest against the deteriorating law and order situation in the state and particularly, in the city.

The duo alleged that the government has slackened the prohibition in the state.

In the BJP rule, there has been a rise in atrocities against women and children have been kidnapped. Even temple priests were not spared by dacoits, they added.
