MP Govt forms committee for appointment of chairman of appeal board

Bhopal, Oct 6 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Government has formed a committee for giving recommendations for appointing chairman of state-level appeal board as per the provisions of the Value Added Tax Act, 2002.

The committee -- to be headed by Chief Secretary Rakesh Sahni -- would comprise Principal Secretaries of Law, General Administration and Finance departments, official sources said today.
