Four of a family killed in road accident

Bagalkot, Karnataka, Oct 5 (UNI) Four people belonging to the same family were killed on the spot when a car rammed into a stationary truck on Mudhol-Lokapur state highway early today.

Mudhol police said the iron-ore laden truck was stranded in the middle of the road following a tyre burst, when the mishap occurred.

The dead were identified as Anand Deshpande (32), Tithankar Deshpande (45), Abhijit Deshpande (34) and Sandesh Deshpande (34).

UNI
